Note: Products must be returned in original packaging, with all accessories, manuals, and invoice.
Replacements are offered for hardware-related issues not caused by mishandling or physical damage.
If eligible, we will send a new device after receiving and inspecting the returned item.
Replacement is subject to stock availability.
Items that are physically damaged or tampered with.
Devices returned without original packaging or missing components.
Any return request made after 15 days of delivery.

Share your order number, issue details, and relevant photos/videos.
Our team will review the case and assist with the next steps.
In case of our error (wrong/damaged item), return shipping costs will be covered by us.
For other valid return requests, the customer may be asked to bear return shipping charges.
Once we receive and inspect the item, refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 15 business days to the original payment method.
